Kevin M. Fitzgerald, President and Principal of NAI Southwest Florida, Inc., brings to the marketplace over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate. An internationally recognized expert in Corporate Services, a frequent speaker and educator, he has been the worldwide top producer with NAI for nine years. Kevin has represented BP, Amoco, Midas International and HON Industries, specializing in corporate services with NAI. For Amoco, he managed 73 brokers in 33 states for 10 years, and he has been in general sales management for five years overseeing 30 agents in three offices. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Services at NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company in Davenport, Iowa, completing almost a billion dollars in sales worldwide. Kevin is active in NAIOP, REIS, ICSC and CoreNet Global. Kevin is a five-time winner of the NAI Associate of the Year award and has won the International Networking and Chairman's Award six times and in 2000, this globall award was named for him. Fitzgerald is the Vice Chair of the NAI Leadership Board of Directors. He is past Chairman of CREST Development with NAI. Kevin was most recently inducted into NAI Global's Circle of Excellence for his achievements within the organization.
